It is important to us to ensure equal and fair opportunities for everyone, fostering a workplace built on respect, inclusivity, and integrity.

We avoid harmful production processes and use non-toxic solutions to prepare and clean our pieces. We don't use any lead or other reactive metals. 

All the metals we use come from recycled sources and any scrap metals are melted down and used again.

Packaging materials are reused obsessively, and where new are biodegradable. 

We give back to the community in many small ways, whether it's a fundraiser or donating to a women's shelter.
